2 . It also means power to direct and to control

3. Right of possession

4. Territory under government

(bringing things that are going wayward back to line – control.)

having dominion means you are able to allocate power.

Jeremiah 29:5

1. Territory as a believer is earth.

2. It is contingent / dependent upon various factors: knowledge capital, acquiring resources, military might.
