DCN provides users with access to spiritual resources, including but not limited to livestreamed services, recorded sermon archives, ministry information, event registrations, and online giving platforms. These services are provided for informational and spiritual growth purposes only.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, sermon videos, audio podcasts, and original worship music, is the property of Deliverance Church Ngong Road or its content suppliers and is protected by Kenyan and international copyright laws.
- Permitted Use: You may stream, download, and share our media for personal, non-commercial, and spiritual use.
- Prohibited Use: You may not modify, distribute, or sell any content from this site for commercial purposes without express written authorization from the DCN Church Administrator.
3. User Conduct and Acceptable Use
To maintain a peaceful and God-honoring digital sanctuary, users agree to:
- Use the website only for lawful and spiritual purposes.
- Refrain from posting or transmitting any content that is defamatory, abusive, or contrary to the church’s Statement of Faith.
- Respect the privacy of other congregants; personal photography or filming of other worshippers during the “DCN Experience” is permitted for personal use only and must not be shared inappropriately.
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to church databases or servers.
4. Giving, Donations, and Payments
When you contribute to DCN through our online giving platforms or M-Pesa Paybills, you acknowledge the following:
- Fund Allocation: You may designate gifts to the General Fund (operations/outreach) or the Expansion Fund (Buy-a-Brick/Land Project).
- M-Pesa Transactions: Tithes and offerings should be sent to Paybill 852239. “Buy-a-Brick” pledges and land project contributions should be sent to Paybill 505255.
- Refund Policy: Donations to a religious institution are generally considered non-refundable. However, if an error occurs during a transaction (e.g., a duplicate payment), please contact our finance office within 30 days.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, the content on this website is provided “as is”. DCN makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy or reliability of the information provided for non-spiritual matters (such as legal or medical advice).
6. Limitation of Liability
Deliverance Church Ngong Road, its pastors, deacons, and staff shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of this website or from any technical interruptions, viruses, or data breaches, provided the church has taken reasonable security measures in line with the Kenya Data Protection Act.
